Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This fully cooked pate is made from a coarse textured tender game meat and flavored with prunes and Brandy. It makes a pleasant appetizer and pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives, toasted rustic or Tuscan bread and a Cabernet Sauvignon, Burgundy or Pinot noir wine. Left over pate can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 3.5Lb-loaf.
