This fully cooked and pork-free "Prestige of Duck Foie Gras" is a combination of duck foie gras and duck liver marinated in Port wine. It is perfectly seasoned. It makes a delicious and sophisticated appetizer with toasted brioche bread or crackers. It also pairs well with a Champagne Blanc de Blanc, Bordeaux AOC Pomerol, Vouvray Moelleux Jurançon, Sauternes, Montbazillac, Muscat Beaunes de Venise, Vin de Glacière or Muscadet reserve wine. Left over can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 2.2Lb-loaf. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
