Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This fully cooked galantine is a coarse grind of duck meat with black truffle and pistachios. It is wrapped in duck skin to enhance the taste and makes an excellent appetizer. It pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives, toasted rustic or Tuscan bread and a Medoc or Chablis wine. Left over galantine can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 3.5Lb-loaf. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
