Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This fully cooked all-natural country-style pate is made of pork and pork liver meat enhanced with garlic and porcini mushrooms soaked in wine and brandy. It has a thick consistency and is perfect for spreading on a French baguette. Left over terrine can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 3.5Lb-loaf. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
