Fabrique Delices cured meats are made the artisanal way according to authentic recipes. This Bresaola, also called "viande des Grisons", is a traditional cold cut made from 100% beef, sea salt and garlic. Dry cured whole for 75 days and hand tied ! It makes an excellent appetizer with a French baguette and pairs perrfectly with a Vacqueras, Croze l'Hermitage or Syrah wine. Comes in a 2.5Lbs piece. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
