This rich, flavorful French Wild Boar Salami has an excellent balance of seasoning and flavor. The wild boar meat is blended with fresh garlic, sea salt and black peppercorn in an all natural pork casing, cured 30 days and then hand tied. It pairs well with a traditional French baguette or with a Cotes du Rhone, Sancerre or Beaujolais wine. Comes in 2 salamis of 6oz each. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
