Fabrique Delices cured meats are made the Artisanal way according to Authentic French recipes. This traditional cold cut made from pork shoulder has been perfectly seasoned with sea salt and garlic, dry cured for 75 days and hand tied. This coppa makes an excellent appetizer and pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, traditional French baguette and a Vacqueyras or Syrah wine .
