Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This fully cooked terrine is a coarse textured game pate prepared from tender pheasant meat, figs, pistachios and Port wine. It makes a pleasant appetizer and pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives, toasted rustic or Tuscan bread and a Cabernet Sauvignon, Burgundy or Pinot noir wine. Left over terrine can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 3.5Lb-loaf.
