Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This fully cooked venison pate is hearty coarse textured and flavored with apricots, hazelnuts and Burgundy wine. It makes a superb appetizer. It pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives, toasted rustic or Tuscan bread and a Cabernet Sauvignon, Burgundy or Pinot noir wine. Left over pate can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 3.5Lb-loaf. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
