Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This fully cooked all-natural mousse is made from creamy chicken livers, truffle and porcini mushrooms marinated in Sherry wine, then topped with aspic. It makes a pleasant appetizer and pairs well with a traditional French baguette and a Merlot, Gewurztraminer or Madeira wine. Comes in two terrines of 7oz each. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House.
